Posting your footwear
You can place an order online and post your footwear to the address above. Please include your order number and name inside the parcel.
Tracking deliveries to us
Because we receive a high volume of parcels, we cannot confirm when items arrive. Please track your parcel using your courier.
Return postage
We return footwear via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete, usually 24 to 48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store.

We reply as quickly as we can during working hours. If we are busy on the bench it may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience.
