Completed orders are returned using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Return postage is £3.99 per transaction, and orders over £100 qualify for free return delivery.

Our usual repair turnaround is around 1 to 2 weeks from the time your footwear arrives with us, although we always aim to complete work sooner where possible. If you need your repair back for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Tracking will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.

Please note that we do not send updates confirming when parcels have arrived with us.
