Sending your footwear to us
Once you have placed your order, securely package your footwear and send it to:

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so we can match your footwear to your order.
We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service and keeping your proof of postage until the parcel has been delivered. Customers remain responsible for footwear while it is being sent to our workshop.
Please remove excessive mud and loose dirt before posting, and make sure the footwear is completely dry.
Confirming arrival
Your courier tracking is the quickest way to confirm that your parcel has arrived.
Due to the number of parcels we receive, we are unable to send individual arrival confirmations. There may also be a short delay between delivery and your footwear being checked into the workshop.
Repair turnaround
Our current estimated turnaround is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your footwear arrives with us.
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. More complex repairs, specialist materials, additional damage or periods of high demand may occasionally extend the turnaround.
Please contact us before ordering if you need your footwear returned for a particular race, event, holiday or trip. We will always be honest about whether the date is achievable.
Return delivery
Completed online orders are returned using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Return postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 per order. Orders over £100 qualify for free return delivery.
Tracking will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your footwear has been prepared for dispatch. Tracking may not show movement until Royal Mail has collected and scanned the parcel.
Please check that your delivery address is correct when ordering. Changes may not be possible once your parcel has been prepared for dispatch.
