We are now offering a professional steam cleaning service!
Professional and powerful steam generator, for external and internal cleaning of shoes, bags, accessories, helmets and much more.
With our Scarpavapor® machine, we can dispense steam and detergent with special brushes, dissolve and remove the most stubborn dirt from the surface for excellent results. Footwear will be cleaned thoroughly, including outsole; insole; inners; tongue; midsole; laces and outer!
The rapid and delicate hot air drying restores softness, and thanks to the ozone generator, gives a complete sanitisation by eliminating odours and bacteria.
We will then either protect your footwear or polish it, depending on what is most suitable!

Pay online – complete your order on our website.

Note your order number – write it down and include it in the box.

Pack carefully – box up your footwear with your order details inside.

Send it to us – post your parcel using a courier of your choice.

We complete the repair – once finished, we’ll ship your footwear back to you.
Return postage
Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class). Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete (usually 24–48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store).

Due to the high volume of parcels we receive by post, we’re unable to confirm their arrival. Please track your parcel using your chosen courier.
Good to know
Resoling suitability depends on the condition and construction of the footwear. If your pair isn’t a good candidate, we’ll contact you before any work goes ahead.
