Returns Policy

At Sole & Trail Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Items bought in store

If you change your mind about an item purchased in store, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided you have your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging where applicable.

We are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights will apply.

Online purchases

If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

To cancel your order, you must notify us within this 14-day period. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging where applicable. We may reduce the amount of any refund if the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Personalised items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, unless they are faulty.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights will apply.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method wherever possible.

For online orders cancelled under your legal right to cancel, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid as part of the order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

We do not refund any upgraded or express delivery charges unless required by law.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the returned goods have been received, or after proof of return has been provided where appropriate.

Gift purchases

Items bought as gifts may be exchanged for goods to the same value or a gift card, provided they are returned in line with this policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
