How the process works
Pay online – complete your order on our website.
Note your order number – write it down and include it in the box.
Pack carefully – box up your footwear with your order details inside.
Send it to us – post your parcel using a courier of your choice.

We complete the repair – once finished, we’ll ship your footwear back to you.
Return postage
Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class). Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete (usually 24–48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store).
Tracking deliveries to us
Due to the high volume of parcels we receive by post, we’re unable to confirm their arrival. Please track your parcel using your chosen courier.
Please note: We always strive to achieve the best possible results, but some stains and permanent discolouration may not be fully removable. The outcome will depend on the condition of the footwear and the nature of the staining.
