Bring your Fly Boots back to life with a proper rebuild — fresh soles where needed, plus a full upper refresh to improve appearance, flexibility and water resistance.
Depending on the condition of your pair, we can carry out a resole/sole rebuild and restore the uppers with a thorough clean and a polish or re-wax to suit the leather. For oiled leathers, we also offer an optional oiled leather cream add-on (the same type of product we use on many Fly repairs).

Note your order number – write it down and include it in the box.

Pack carefully – box up your footwear with your order details inside.

Send it to us – post your parcel using a courier of your choice.

We complete the repair – once finished, we’ll ship your footwear back to you.
Return postage
Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class). Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete (usually 24–48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store).

Due to the high volume of parcels we receive by post, we’re unable to confirm their arrival. Please track your parcel using your chosen courier.

Resoling suitability depends on the condition and construction of the footwear. If your pair isn’t a good candidate, we’ll contact you before any work goes ahead.
