Not every replacement sole is compatible with every pair. Email support@soleandtrail.co.uk with clear photographs of the footwear, including the soles and any damaged areas, and we’ll advise before you order.

How the process works

2. Note your order number – write it down and include it in the box.

3. Pack carefully – box up your footwear with your order details inside.

4. Send it to us – post your parcel using a courier of your choice.

Return postage

Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class). Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete (usually 24–48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store).
