Bring worn mountain bike shoes back to life with a professional resole using the Vibram Merengue Evo outsole, made with Vibram’s specialist XS Ride rubber compound.

Designed for flat-pedal mountain biking, this repair provides a strong balance of grip and wear resistance, helping restore confident contact with the pedal while remaining dependable when walking over rock, mud and mixed ground.

Every pair is assessed before work begins to confirm that the upper, midsole and overall construction are suitable. Where possible, we aim to maintain the intended shape, profile, flexibility and feel of the original footwear.

About Vibram XS Ride

Vibram developed XS Ride specifically for mountain biking. The compound is designed to combine dependable grip with durability and provide performance both on the pedal and on the ground, including rock, wet and dry conditions.

Compatibility depends on the shape, construction and condition of the footwear. Brand names are examples only and do not guarantee that every model can be resoled.

Good to know

This service replaces the external rubber outsole. It cannot restore cushioning or structural support where the original midsole has significantly compressed, split or deteriorated.

The new rubber and tread may feel slightly different from the original sole. We select and prepare the material carefully to preserve the footwear’s intended profile and pedal feel wherever possible.

How the process works

   Print it off or write it down and include it in the box.

3. Pack carefully

   Box up your footwear with your order details inside.

4. Send it to us

   Post your parcel using a delivery service of your choice.

5. We complete the repair

   Once finished, we’ll ship your footwear back to you.

Return postage

Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class).

6. Extras come back with your shoes

   Any polish, laces, or add-ons you’ve ordered will be returned with your footwear.
