We offer a dedicated resole and repair service for Bareback boots. Depending on the condition of your pair and what you need, we can carry out a full unit replacement, or focus on sole and heel repairs to extend the life of your boots without changing the fit you’re used to.
If you’re unsure what to book, send us a few clear photos and we’ll advise on the best option before you order.
Waterproofing note
Please note: we can’t guarantee your boots will remain fully waterproof to factory standards after repair, and a resole may not resolve existing waterproofing issues.
How the process works

Pay online – complete your order on our website.

Note your order number – write it down and include it in the box.

Pack carefully – box up your footwear with your order details inside.

Send it to us – post your parcel using a courier of your choice.

We complete the repair – once finished, we’ll ship your footwear back to you.
Return postage
Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class). Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete (usually 24–48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store).

Due to the high volume of parcels we receive by post, we’re unable to confirm their arrival. Please track your parcel using your chosen courier.
Good to know
Resoling suitability depends on the condition and construction of the footwear. If your pair isn’t a good candidate, we’ll contact you before any work goes ahead.
