Every pair is carefully assessed before work begins. We then prepare and rebuild the footwear using the Vibram Pepe sole, aiming to maintain the intended shape, profile, flexibility and overall character of the original shoe.

Good to know

A resole replaces the worn external outsole but cannot restore cushioning where the original midsole has become heavily compressed, split or deteriorated.

Please include the model and shoe size where known. We’ll confirm whether the Vibram Pepe resole is suitable before you send them.

2. Note your order number – write it down and include it in the box.

3. Pack carefully – box up your footwear with your order details inside.

4. Send it to us – post your parcel using a courier of your choice.

5. We complete the repair – once finished, we’ll ship your footwear back to you.

Return postage

Return postage is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class). Tracking is emailed once your repair is complete (usually 24–48 hours before Royal Mail collects from our store).

Good to know

Resoling suitability depends on the condition and construction of the footwear. If your pair isn’t a good candidate, we’ll contact you before any work goes ahead.
